Delivery
Orders are dispatched from our Pick and Pack service provided by a third party.
Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order tracking number which will be linked to Royal Mail. Please click this link to find the status of your order.
It is your responsibility to check that you have entered the correct delivery address before submitting your order.

UK Express Delivery

Place your order by 2pm GMT Monday–Friday for delivery on the next working day (excluding bank holidays)

If you order on Friday by 2pm GMT, your order will be delivered the next working day which is Monday. Orders made after 4pm on Friday and at the weekend will be delivered on Tuesday

Orders to the Scottish Highlands, Channel Islands, Isle of Wight and Northern Ireland may take 2-3 working days
International Delivery
International shipping charges are based on location and weight and will be calculated at checkout.
Usual International shipping times: 2- 11 working days (this is estimated and can not be guaranteed)
- Please be aware that you are liable for any duties, customs and taxes levied by the country your order is being shipped to, and SAIRA is unable to advise you about what these costs may be.

International shipping is unavailable to the following countries: the Canary Islands, the Balearic Islands, Turkey, India, Malaysia, Mexico, Vietnam, Ukraine, Belarus and Russia
During busy times such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter, Black Friday and Christmas please allow at least a week for delivery so place orders early
Weather conditions, strikes and busy periods, such as the Holidays, may impact delivery times.

Returns Policy
If you want to return an unused item for any reason, please let our customer care team know by sending an email to info@sairaskin.co.uk as soon as possible, stating your name and order number along with the reason. .
Once you have completed the returns form you will have a choice on whether to print the label yourself or generate a QR code for your phone that you can take to the post office, and they can print the label for you.
Please ensure the product is in its original packaging and returned in suitable packaging that will protect it in transit, within 30 days of receipt.
We will inform you when we receive the goods and will process a refund within 5 working days. This process can take up to 15 working days to arrive in your account. Alternatively, we would be happy to provide you with a replacement product.
