1. Shake well and use two full finger-lengths (index and middle finger) of cream to cover the face

2. Apply 30 minutes before sun exposure

3. Heliocare 360° products can be used in place of your daily moisturiser

4. Reapply frequently throughout the day if you are spending time in the sun
