Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in the UK. Please allow extra time if you live in a remote location.
During busy times such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter and Christmas please allow at least a week for delivery so place orders early!
Weather conditions, strikes and busy periods, such as the Holidays, may impact delivery times.
Returns Policy
If you want to return an item for any reason, please let our Customer Service team know by sending an email to customerservice@Sairaskin.co.uk as soon as possible, stating the reason. We will then email you a return form. Please complete the return form and enclose it with the product in its original packaging where possible, or alternatively in a suitable packaging that will protect it in transit, within 30 days of receipt.
We will inform you when we receive the goods and refund you within 5 working days but not the cost of the return postage. In the event that you return damaged goods, a refund, will also include the cost of the return postage equivalent to the prevailing Royal Mail signed for 2ndclass service. Alternatively, we would be happy to provide you with a replacement product.
