Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order tracking number which will be linked to Royal Mail. Please click this link to find the status of your order.
All orders are sent tracked and signed for.
Free Standard Shipping for orders over £50 to all UK Mainland & Channel Islands.
Orders under £30 will be charged a standard delivery of £5.00.
International shipping is are based on location and weight.
Working days exclude weekends and public holidays in the UK. Please allow extra time if you live in a remote location.
During busy times such as Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Easter and Christmas please allow at least a week for delivery so place orders early
Weather conditions, strikes and busy periods, such as the Holidays, may impact delivery times.

If you want to return an item for any reason, please let our Customer Service team know by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org as soon as possible, stating the reason. We will then email you the link to our FOC Royal Mail Returns Portal service. Once you have completed the returns form you will have a choice on whether to print the label yourself or generate a QR code for your phone that you can take to the post office, and they can print the label for you. Please ensure the product is in its original packaging where possible, or alternatively in a suitable packaging that will protect it in transit, within 30 days of receipt.
We will inform you when we receive the goods and refund you within 5 working days, this process can take between 10 to 15 working days to arrive in your account. Alternatively, we would be happy to provide you with a replacement product.
