The SAIRAN Community is our free loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop with SAIRA skincare. The more you spend, the more rewards and benefits you earn which you can apply directly with us! Simple and easy.
All you need to do to join our loyalty and rewards program is to create an account with us. Simply follow the instructions to make an account with SAIRA and you’ll automatically be enrolled in loyalty so you can start earning points immediately.
You’ll be able to earn points for any purchases you make and unlock new rewards by leveling up in our program and interacting with our features. The full list of benefits and rewards can be found above, so you can see exactly what you stand to earn!
Your tier status is based on your total spending with SAIRA skincare. The more you shop, the higher your tier. Check out the spending thresholds for each tier in the program description above.
No, it is not. Your tier status will reset on a 12 month rolling basis, so make sure that you stay within the threshold to maintain your tier and all the amazing perks you have.
It’s this simple: For every pound you spend on eligible purchases, you earn points. Earned points are converted into promotional redemption award pounds. You can apply these reward pounds to future purchases you make to make more out of your purchases. Depending on your tier status, you can be earning points at faster rates than standard, meaning more points for less pounds spent! Discount terms and conditions apply.
All codes redeemed through the slider are converted into a discount code. Points are deducted from your account right away, as discounts are active instantly upon redemption. Any unused codes can be viewed by pressing the Rewards History button. Copy the code you want to use and add it to the discount box at checkout.
All of your purchases made on https://sairaskin.co.uk/ will count for points. You need to make sure you are logged into your account for your points to be added to your account. Some exclusions may apply, but you will be explicitly notified if a purchase does not count for points.
You can redeem up to £25.00 of rewards points discount on any one full priced order. If you have unused rewards discount codes that you wish to combine please email info@sairaskin.co.uk and request help to have your multiple unused discount codes reverted back to rewards points.
Upon the return of an item, the spend applied to your tier status for the original purchase, as well as any points earned from the purchase, will be deducted from your account.
Rewards discounts can be applied to eligible orders with a minimum spend of £45.
Rewards discounts cannot be used on "Sets" or "Build Your Own Ritual" orders, which already include savings of 15% off 3 products or 20% off 4 or more products.
Rewards discounts cannot be used on promotional or already discounted products.

Your points are very versatile! Not only can you use points to upgrade your tier and receive pounds off your purchases, but points can also be used to redeem free products from us. Once you’ve earned enough points to unlock a free product, simply redeem it to receive a coupon code that lets you claim the item at checkout at no cost.
Achievements allow you to complete specific tasks and earn rewards upon completion. Take a look at all the available achievements you have to complete and start ticking them off one by one to truly master the loyalty game by unlocking some amazing rewards. Each achievement tells you what you need to do to unlock it and what rewards you will get once the achievement is unlocked.
All members who have provided their birthday information will be invited to redeem a gift on their birthday. Notification will be sent to you via email, so it is important that you are opted in to receive marketing emails from us. Instructions on redemption will be provided in the email.
Yes, your points will expire 6 calendar months after they were added to your account. Make sure to use your points for your purchases or redemptions before their expiration date to make the most of them.
If you want to do something nice for your friends and family, you can share your unique link with them so that they can get £20 to spend on their first purchase as a new customer. Share your link via email or our different social media options and receive £20 in points in your account when the person you refer makes a qualifying order of £80+.
